From 12th to 17th of April 2010 we had a pleasure to participate in a study visit in the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg. It was a unique opportunity to take part in a hearing before the Grand Chamber of the General Court in case between Great Britain and the Council of the European Union related to the annulment of a decision of the latter. The experience gained during the visit in the ECJ will allow us to to better serve our clients in all cases where the European Union law is involved.
