In March 2011 selected lawyers from Agata Adamczyk & Associates Law Firm participated in the programme "International Commercial Arbitration" organized by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in cooperation with Lewiatan Court of Arbitration in Warsaw.

The programme was focused on contemporary alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures with particular consideration of arbitration. These methods are of great importance for our Clients, mainly in the area of international commercial  contracts which frequently trigger long lasting and costly court proceedings.

Since the theme of the programme concerned vital interests of our Client we are convinced that our new skills will be highly beneficial to them as well as to our team.
