A French Society DROIT ET COMMERCE in cooperation with several law firms specialized in business law – shall hold a conference concerning the legal status of an individual entrepreneur under Polish law and the legal status of an limited liability individual entrepreneur (EIRL) under French law. The event will take place in Kraków in Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University, on 25^th November 2011. One of the speakers will be attorney-at-law Agata Adamczyk from AA&W Business Law Firm.

The Polish lectures will concern the economic activity of individual entrepreneurs as well as the legal measures and solutions which allow to mitigate the negative consequences of the economic crisis.

The French specialists will present the latest solution of the French private law – limited liability individual entrepreneur. Its peculiarity consists in the restriction of the financial liability of an individual entrepreneur to its business assets, excluding ipso facto its personal property from seizure by the enterprise’s creditors.
