On June 23rd 2010 the Supreme Administrative Court pronounced the judgment in a case in which we represented a company who was refused the European Union grant. The defandant was the Ministry of Internal Affaires. The Court's decision was fully to our Client's favour. Moreover the Court in full respect shared our arguments presented in the proceedings before the first instance and before the administrative authorities.

As a result of the court jidgement the Ministry was obliged to recognize our Client's project again and the company shall receive around 1M PLN for its IT project.
